I'm not aware of any from a legal or morale standpoint anyway and don't really think he is one of those types of pink CEO's. I think if anything he has bent over backwards to prove he's not out to pump ficticious BS just to pop the PPS and in a very real sense that has done more damage than good to the PPS share standings at present.
The problem is he doesn't even talk about the things that he could be talking about right now i.e. buisness in Japan and new contracts or dealings other than this freakin acquistion. I'm sure the Tsunami has caused an influx of buisness alone that he if kept on time could have talked about in a positive manner that would have kept the PPS in flux and eyes on the stock. As is right now we are at the bottom of the barrel right along with all those other POS CEO's in pinks that play just to fill their own pockets and that's what really makes me maddest of our current position.
He says he cares about shareholder interests but so far IMO hasn't shown any at all.
