Because KGRI closed at .0002 yesterday. Today, 5M was put on the ASK at .0001. Anyone buying those 5M will make the PPS .0001. That is why PPS is down. Now the 1's are gone again. ANyone buying 2's will bring KGRI's back up to .0002s = no red.
