The more Val can get going the easier it should be to get some kind of Backing. IMO.

Say a rough average of .005 pps * 49,600,000 that thats $ ~ 248,000 dollars folks in ~ 3 months ........having met Val I would say hes been honest and extremely thrifty with the companys money up to this point ....So based on my observation of his demeaner IF hes spending that kind of cash it can be only construed as positive and hes FINALLY spending to make things happen rather than waiting on potential funding and watching us sink ......I personally am for this revelation of the OS increasing- spend it to make it ......I think the pot has been sxxx in and things are happening ;)

The exciting thing about this is that this man, who is believed to be very frugal, is finally starting to spend money to grow the company. Unless someone has insider information, no one could possibly know or suggest how money is being spent. God forbid OTOW should sell stock to advance the company. An increase in the OS has to mean that money is being blown.

Thanks Dream for posting. O/S are still only 564M and the PPS is a measly .0022. There are Companies with billions of O/S trading higher and don't have anywhere near the potential of OTOW. When OTOW ran from .001 to .03 the O/S was 989M which was higher than it is now. Go figure. Only in Penny Land.
