MM's, shorts and flippers in control here...Every uptick gets hit with sells...This morning the MM's held back the buys and tried to make it look like it was a sell on news and then all of a sudden it went from down 5% to up 14%...Now they are doing all they can to keep it under .30. There is no fundamental reason for this stock to be this cheap. The market cap is ridiculously low...It should be 100M MC...I'm pissed off big time with these crooks!!! I think it's a #$%@&*^ conspiracy propagated by BIG OIL and Cattle Baron's imo...Sorry for venting....glta

Naked shares they be a selling and a shorting.....The price of the stock does not reflect the health of the company....The only way this is going to break free from this manipulation is with a buyout...PEIX has a big red target painted on it ...
