I think you are wrong, and here is why.

8K will confirm acquisition of new enitity. This acquisition will increase the total EPS of STTN for the yr by .02.

Going over the last two 10Q, I estimate that that STTN will increase EPS Yr over Yr by 100% to a total of .04 conservitive if revenue increase remain intact.

So, very conservitve outlook is an EPS of .06 for this year. If trend continues, we could see a double of that for 2012. Slap a very conseritive multiple of 10x (Should be 20x for their revenue growth) and we have .60 PPS for this year.....and well over $1.00 for next year.....again, all conservitive estimates on my part. But 8K will be strong indication of what is happening going forward....then 10Q.
