Your making my point. When I saw the O/S shares, I knew we were headed south. I am long and not a flipper. Tolland has been a real disappoitment to this point.

The only way to get this is on an even keel is to reduce the O/S. I dread the thought, but I think it's coming.

CNUV was a real opportunity. I just think Fong wanted out and got the best deal for him. Just an opinion. Don't shoot the messenger.

I think the downtrend we saw a couple weeks ago was the very threat of that name change... market makers aren't stupid, they called in their margins and covered their short position. Now... Toland keeps the name change info close to the chest, market makers aren't going to get a sniff of it until it's time. Keeps them from taking this down any more, that's a smart move by Toland. It's almost like he's telling them, "I dare you to make that move again." They would be in serious doo-doo should they play with the pps again.
