Read carefully.
I said "it suggests to people... that the company is withholding fins". I didn't say the company IS withholding fins.
How would I know. All I know is that is what it looks like to most people... which is why the company is still on CE... which is why the pps is sliding slowly toward the basement.
The "benefit" would be the same one that any pink sheet scam company sees - bilking investors, under-reporting, not reporting, or falsely reporting fins to lure more investment.
Again, I am NOT saying that this is happening. But this is certainly what this may look like to most investors.
This company is behaving unprofessionally and irresponsibly in not having made fins a priority for many, many months and for mis-reporting release dates of said fins.
