It would be nice if someone from that area attended & gave some insight about their experiences with KNSC & companies like it. Many of these penny stock companies are fraudulent from the outset. That assesssment is borne out by their activities prior to going bankrupt, Then going back into business under a different name & starting the cycle again. Sadly the honest penny stock companies are a small minority but they hold big paydays for their shareholders. I've had a few that did that and are still in business & doing well. KNSC & it's parent IVOC now IVOI, it's sibling TYRIA now SSNTA are not among them. I have never seen a company do a reverse split and survive or amount to anything.
