Flawed conclusion. SHs would get 1-3% of the value of CS, which could be worth multi-billions or much less. Then SHs may also get something else out of CPRK, which could rise to mult-billions, or be much much less. We just do not know what we have until things develop further. In any case, the value of attorney fees and JB fees is small relative to the ore under lease.
