I'm certain they will pay the Financier in shares which means the Financier is getting one helluva deal since the PPS is .0001. So, lets say Kuni pays the financier $20,000 worth in shares. The Financier will receive 200M shares for their service. If the Financier sells all there shares at lets say .0004. They will take home $80,000.
