13D filed today. No intentions currently of any changes by Mr. Herman. Filed for "investment purposes" only and no plans to dispose of any.
Sooner or later I would think that with the help of the current president, good oil prices, this new JV and things, a lot could happen... so we'll wait and see.
Kinda surpirsed that the stock dropped to $4, looks like someone wanted out at around that price... who knows?
