#14562 RE: stanu78 #14561

Stanu78, First of all EKCS.ob was profitable in the latest quarter. And I think its time for the rule, to be clarified. A company can profitable over the latest quarter, the latest two quarters, the latest three quarters, or the latest four quarters. If a company is profitable over any one of those 4 periods of time then it is accepted. The reason why the rule isn't written that way is because Len thought that it would be confusing, but since people seem to be confused to begin with, I'm starting to get the feeling maybe the more detail we give will help, I don't think it will hurt. Hope this helps.
