The OSC has the RCMP and their own investigators searching for funds. The only assets that they have been able to seize may be Petar's house(s) and the Colchester lands be bought with the proceeds of this scam. Any proceeds from those assets will first go to pay the costs of the investigation. There will be no distribution to bilked shareholders imo. jmo
