Trader Joes is a good outlet. If you have a Costco in your area that sells wine, they offer good deals too... all things considered, the WTSO.com and Cinderellawine.com offer the best deals around.

I'm trying to finish off some petite syrahs that don't have great aging potentials, and some cabs in the early 2000s that need to go also.
