FINRA advises not to rely on their own daily numbers for evidence of shorting. FINRA advises to rely on bi-monthly short numbers, which confirm no shorting going on at HRNF. - PRmaniac

FINRA can't and/or WON'T advise what the daily numbers mean and how they may reflect a GROWING short interest position that may not be accurately reported bimonthly.
