I do not follow OPWV but I read the chart as bearish and would look for it to break to the downside.

Just a guess, though, and remember that I put a lot of faith into fundamental analysis, so that view might would change a bit if I followed the stock and knew more about it. I would still read the chart as negative, though.

Since OPWV trades around $2.2, it is not marginable, is it? If so, which broker can you borrow shares from to short it?

OPWV hanging tough - now green for the day - hope that was a short "short" with reentry in the 2.teens? - sure trying to run into earnings...
