Absolutely none in terms of contracts won, revenue realized. Said it before and it's still true today Identa's window of opportunity has come and gone.

There are other counter terrorism companies out there that could be interested in the shell. That's what I'm optimistic on because currently this company makes me nothing but pessimistic.

To answer your questions Mike. Anything is possible when a CEO does not have the confidence of his shareholders, something radically wrong must be going on some where. There have been ample evidences of smokescreen most notable Buyback, Financing, Current Information Reporting. Heard anything on any court approval process in the last few years?

This company IMO is on an unavoidable road to an R/S. The share structure so large the company so small I don't think for one minute there's any doubt. Not if but when, so yes Identa could have to fold completely. I certainly don't believe it can get any where under this current CEO, that's why I'm looking at other options. I'm not starting any rumor mill leave that to this CEO. I'm trying to be realistically responsible with any outlay of capital. That's not an option with the incessant pondering "potential" from this management.

taken in by all the deception Mike. To answer your question could it have all been a smokescreen to get the company on it's feet...Could it all have been a complete smokescreen to get investors and get the company on it's feet.

When I look back this is the second time around for CVS, second time around for Current Information Reporting, company has said three times to a manufacturing plant and I can't recall how many for retail. Certainly the company could easily have only intended to bait sales of shares to make more money. Buy-back, financing these are pivotal material events had they come to fruition, again entirely possible. That's where I'm coming from on fiduciary duty. No attempt was made to update on verified progress just hype the potential.

If it was so overwhelming a response how is it that response never translated into sales the company told you about??? Yes Mike there is a good chance this was all a smokescreen the company profited from and more besides. So the reason Identa never came through on Current Information Reporting... no one knows isn't that most peculiar. How very Identa :-(

IMO the hype only serves the printing press "potential" because that is the only verified result, BILLIONS more shares at the very least! ...five years running. I don't see how there's any doubt the company benefited from such extraordinary claims.
