Well, one could surmise that Black is stringing along shareholders in a series of plans that never come to fruition while the company dilutes. At the very least he could get the company to current status and open up the T/A so shareholders can find out the true O/S. I'm also waiting to see what happens with this convention to see if a Microfill machine makes a verifiable appearance.
