I would think it's fairly typical for Office Space and I get the idea from the 8k that they might have been paying much more than that before. That's my guess.
I think it's a good indication the company stabilizing and growing which is good. Honestly, I would want them to have a half decent work space for alot of reasons including presentation and if it helps get thing done! I'm in. How many times have Investors much less Clients and Partners went to a "Corporate Headquarters" and they found either it's a Mailing address only or it's in the back of a warehouse. That doesn't at all build confidence in the company or it products. That's my opinion and if you want play in the big leagues you have to look the part or your will not attract anybody including people who want to or will work for your company including top Name and Brand fighters, You won't be attract TV Partners and Product Sponsors for your Events and the public will value based on that which is all bad. So I think if it sustainable great and it's lot better than month to month including the fact it is an indication that the company plans on being around for a while and appears to growing.
