#48851 RE: THE_BAMFACTSTER!! #48844

Seems you didn't get the memo...

The obviously coordinated effort by the bad actors at CLYW who've been trying to trash the independent directors... who are working on holding them accountable for their actions... has failed.

You didn't really think anyone was going to be convinced by that obvious and bogus bit of theater re the "shareholders meeting" for very long, did you ? I guess that's one of the problems that often comes with believing your own propaganda... allowing you to think it is working when it isn't.

Packing the audience at the bogus "shareholders meeting" with a crowd of your own people... or those who bought the lies re what it was about... show you'd set the whole thing up just to try to trash Williams in public ?

What a despicable (and stupidly juvenile) bit of misrepresentation that was, huh ? Setting up all the shareholders to think management had actually accomplished something good, and that they were going to announce it at this meeting... and then using the meeting for nothing other than trying to avoid their accountability... by telling more lies about the "records" issue... and trashing Dave Williams ?

How laughable is it that they thought there would be any "real" impact from an effort that it seems was designed for no purpose other than to set Dave Williams up and make him feel bad ? It's like the company is being led by a pack of clueless middle school bullies... who think that better organized and more expensive efforts in name calling and bullying... will change anything ?

Saying things that are obviously wrong are right, saying it more loudly, more often, or having more people say it in a hand picked setting that you control... doesn't actually make wrong into right. Facts don't actually change because of what you say about them that isn't true. And, when what you say actually and demonstrably contradicts the facts... your effort in telling lies, and being that much more dramatic about it... just reveals you all the more as a liar, and a flagrant liar.

I find it laughable that the fools running this company thought that undertaking that sort of an effort would be useful. But, that they're spending shareholders money on putting together that sort of thing... is not at all laughable.

Dave Williams is holding them accountable... requiring they do the right thing... so, they are trying to destroy Dave Williams.

My interest here isn't conditioned by whether or not I "like" Turrini, or Williams... but by proofs in performance. Frankly, I don't care in the least whether they are "likable" or "nice" or not. I expect that dealing with the sort of criminals who've been hurting shareholders here... probably will require not being nice, and being a bit of a tough guy. I'm glad Dave Williams has a tough enough skin to put up with all their organized, bogus middle school bully routine, and still focus on the facts and what matters, and what need doing, instead.

I focus on facts and proof in performance. IMO, Williams stands head and shoulders above the immature children running this company... and their recently organized ambush, bullying tactics, and the various tantrums related to them, are another proof of that. Williams appears to me to be the only adult in the crowd of CLYW's juvenile delinquents.

The "shareholders meeting" is clearly now a new input in proof in terms of Turrini's performance... that shows him wasting the shareholders money while spending it on efforts that can only hurt the shareholders. What value is it that was supposed to be produced by this "shareholders meeting" ?

Turrini's performance, and lack of performance, provides proofs. His performance shows his promises are worthless. It shows he'll willingly lie to you about "all the good things this meeting is going to be about" and "the good news you can expect" in order to enlist you in supporting it... when it wasn't ever about "good things"... rather than an coordinated effort intended to manipulate the independent directors into doing the wrong thing.

It shows his focus is on doing the wrong things, for the wrong reasons, while doing things the wrong way. It shows he is spending investors money in ways designed to hurt the investors, while trying to prevent them from finding out about it. It shows he's trying to use his misrepresentations to CLYW investors to hurt those working FOR the investors, while he is working against them.

His actions these last couple months PROVE his corruption... and they also prove his incompetence.

Turrini's saying he wants an audit... while he's doing everything that it is possible for him to do to obstruct and interfere with proper governance, while trying to make an audit impossible.

The facts prove the opposite...

And, it isn't like there is any large reserve of credibility behind your words... that gives them any weight.

So, what is it you think Williams is lying about ?

Turrini clearly lied about the purpose of and "value" for shareholders in having the "shareholders meeting".

Turrini clearly lied about the "records" issue from the start... lied about his role in creating the problem, lied about his failure in a basic job responsibility in failing to safe guard the records... lied about Dave "stealing" the records when Dave acted to preserve them... and lied about Dave "obstructing" an audit, rather than preserving the records required to perform one.

It is clear enough to me that what Turrini has done in relation to this "disagreement" between Williams and Turrini... is probably criminal in itself. Looks to me like there is and was a conspiracy that existed, involving CLYW management and their minions, that shows them expending shareholders money in an effort trying to obstruct the proper function of the board... while also trying to prevent the independent directors from meeting their responsibilities under the law.

Fortunately, they've failed... and now... I guess we'll wait to see what the consequences of their failure are.
