Thanks Natty, then with 1 or 2 problems and a week in between for Mr Tayyib to sort things out at Youyi Building then a time frame of 9 weeks would seem likely as DHL and UPS take the same time in delivery services.
I think we are getting close to that timeline now. JMHO.
With documents to be confirmed by Minister of Mines, Lands, Geological Surveys etc it does not seem unreasonable imho.

PS the government started back from thier break on September 6th

Have you been through these kinds of audits? I have never worked on an audit through another country before but find it odd that a government would ever allow originals to leave their office. Very risky for retention of records. I could only imagine the mess record storage could become by doing this.

Most audits I have been involved in are a much smaller scale but copies were allowed and the auditors were not allowed to leave the building with original documents. They could photo copy them if they like but for safety but they could not leave with them. Also the auditors actually spent more time on site than off site so I am sure that has a big impact on why I haven't seen them need originals.

Not saying you are incorrect just thought it was weird.
