This was just delivered at the close of business yesterday. I suspect that it will be a few days before the executives are briefed by the attorneys as to the implications. What I hope to see very soon is a GERS motion for a preliminary injunction. I do not know what the bond requirements are and how much dilution may be required to come up with that cash but it would mean at least GERS believes the results are positive.
