From the looks of the pps, could it have actually been for the "tech" rather than an actual Sunovia made product?
Why would Sylvania need to purchase product from Sunovia? Aren't they like a gigantic bulb manufacturer? Wouldn't it make more sense for them to get an agreement to use Sunovia technology(patents) rather than pay Sunovia to make the (I'll call them "bulbs")?
