Does someone care to explain how this
Share Structure Move is beneficial to the
Company, the BOD and/or the Shareholders?

So far, every move David has made has been
in the Company's AND the Shareholder's best
interest.

I don't understand how this strengthens the
Share Structure or adds value to the Future PPS.

Anyone?
