I certainly cant guarantee the timing of a buyback but its SOP for companies to buy back when they turn the corner to substantial revenues and when the stock is undervalued-so hostiles or big boys cannot buy a significant portion cheap(a backdoor buyout)-one of the reasons no doubt that Bob is allowing certain illiquid safeguards until they are positioned for the buyback. Think about it -put this in the context of China's well known strategy to buy a significant portion of the mines from which they are buying ore and recognize how this illiquid strategy protects longs until CWRN is ready for buyback.
Acquiring and coordinating and utilizing scores of pieces of equipment normally takes a long time. Compared to other startup jrs CWRN has done this quickly.
Despite that they still had and still do have important equipment needs to take full advantage of their mine and greatly increase production- which means greater fundamentals and pps down the road. When they meet those equipment needs they will start buyback, as indicated by PR's.
