Homer..Sorry but I couldn't get past your description stating "Dean's ego has been squashed" Even though it has not been proven if, or who, or how many consultants Dean has working with him, I will give the benefit of the doubt he does in fact have someone on board assisting. I will however go out on a limb and say IMHO, Dean's ego is is firmly intact.
