Another R/S isn't likely imo, but yes, the PR does leave shareholders with more questions than answers. I've emailed Peter to ask specifically what is going on.

I'm convinced this will still turn around imo, and the revs will support that when they are released shortly.

I have a theory that we may be seeing outside forces drive down the price so that the BJM gets a favorable preferred share ratio - I've seen it happen to many companies - the question is, if that's the case, have we found the shorting culprits (i.e. the individuals trading shares amongst themselves)?

This theory is strictly conjecture and entirely my opinion.

There isnt too many ways to stay above NASDAQ's $1 min listing requirements:

lets take a look!

Reverse Split again
Huge news & buying
errr Pump & buying same thing!

whats else is there before SAPX goes Over The Counter?

Bottom line is SAPX needs to stay above $1

those buying shares now are hoping for such a move without a R/S
and YE$ some will suspect, when all else fails, an R/S will be the solution to the Delisting problem SAPX is now faced with.
