You're talking from both sides of your mouth. They agree to it, then they could change their mind. Why of all things, would they even consider "your shell." So while RLTR is trying to work things out, you kinda sneak in there and try to pull the rug under them?
Jerseyboy, thanks for sharing the information. Hope it does not end up a bankruptsy as the last time I saw this happen to a company, the current shareholders got screwed. Their shares became worthless. The new shareholders after the bankruptsy made out. But maybe it depends which type of bankruptsy?
