They have that $125M in just about all their PRs...It is not new...One the surface of everything I thing the market is cool to what HISC is saying. The shareprice should be much higher on anticipation alone. It won't move hard until they file SEC papers as previously "promised"...JMHO

Yankee i also got burned with DHB due to the crooked CEO that dumped the shares.Why do you keep posting HISS instead of HISC?
Is this a different company or just your mistake?
