Dean alludes to a Mid October date but he did leave it open ended as he had to coordinating the various multi consultants he on task. IN any event it matters little. This meeting has really no bearing other than to insure that Dean still can try to go this route. They can take the meeting and tell him his chances are slim even with new consultants...what then? DO we get an 8-k saying so...IMHO that will never happen unless forced on management to reveal. This meeting is typically done by phone but Dean is suggesting the 4-5-6 consultants will attend.
