I love how the FDIC interprets all these laws,rules,and codes in the last 3 years....TOPrs are equal to Old Equity...LOL...I'm not saying they wont get away with it now with all the games starting from the top of Govt,Judges and Corporations,etc on down to...I dont trust any of em anymore...
