stakddek, i would believe that the .02 options will be reversed along with all other options, shares, etc. I didn't track down the exact wording, but i believe it is covered in the proxy material that such options will reverse per the outcome of the vote and then managements decision.

Thus imo, these .02 options and shares, should definitely be impacted proportionately by the reverse outcome, just as our shares will be.


so if a 1/10 is initiated, these 5,000,000 options at .02 would result in 500,000 options at .20.

Just listened to Gabriels interview. It was reassuring.. I have no doubt that Dnap has the goods to become mega successful, the hill is steep though, with many bumps! Time will tell.. Hope the shareholders meeting goes well. BOL all!
