Tink, did not need to read much past this;

For the next 12 months we plan to expend a total of approximately $5,489,750 for exploration, development and acquisition of oil and gas properties:

Looking past the many times that UTOG stated that they may never find oil or be able to collect it and sell it successfully, the only source to raise $5,000,000+ is from shareholders. With 27,000,000,000 (27 Billion) share Authorized, UTOG can make way more $$$ selling stock than really making an effort to be an oil company.
