BJM's value isn't in the music they've produced, it's in the credits they will be able to transfer to SAPX to buy rights to use music in their movies.
What value documentation can you lead me to? If it was a factory, they would have parts and machinery inventory, something tangible, So too with BJM, Music rights and/or ownership would in fact be tangible assets.
