Blacks 25MM shares out of 263MM. That is less than 10% of the OS. You want to blame Black and not the other 90% of the shareholders that did not do their part in approve the buyout?

If you want to play that game, then remember JagMan5 has 30MM shares and he APPROVED the buyout with his shares. Therefore Black, if he did reject the offer, had his shares cancelled out by just one other shareholder.
