1,000,0000 shares means You'll make 10x your investment as soon as it hits 4 cents.

With all that HRTE has in the pipeline, 4 cents is hardly a distant dream. It is still a massively undervalued stock.

I have never played a stock that is sub 1 cent, this is a first. However, this one has some fundamentally good things that stocks that are trading up to 10 cents a share do not even have.

If Management can increase shareholder value and get this stock in the 5 to 10 cent range, maybe it can look at raising capital and aggressively expanding.
