That is what I thought, but when I asked Peter, he seemed surprised that was what shareholders would think. Peter told me that the deal was not going to be based on share price. It is going to be based on pro-forma book value according to him.

I am starting to wonder if he was telling me the truth though, since he refuses to answer the phone any more, and will not give out any more information regarding share structure, or even just allow the current share structure to be verified and updated.

I wouldnt do the acquisition at this time period.

according to what was previously stated the deal wasnt to be structured around the share price

Has anyone checked out Big Jake Music, besides going to the web page? I found no financials. The page says "Britney Spears" and other eye catchers... The reference mechanisms that connects BJM to these artists are: "Our Team has written, produced, and/or managed such artists including but not limited to". These connections seems rather vague and ambiguous.

I did a news search on BJM. Nothing came up. http://www.bing.com/news/search?q=Big+Jake+Music&FORM=BNFD I did one on market wire, two listing came up, both news hits were connected to SAPX.

One would think that for 5 million bucks ... There should be some news generating somewhere. Something.

OK, so nothing on the search, two MarketWire hits, and both referenced to SAPX. Newly formed and sold for 5 million bucks.... And the sellers of BJM could work it to 20 million.

I have not found any financials about BJM.

Something smells here. I am open to all ideas, and would prefer solid links to support them. Assurances things will go good soon, That Peter tells the truth and will get-r-done, or advice to "relax" are not ideas. IMO
