You have to love TMSH's "soon". That could mean tomorrow or 6 months from now.
From a company that claimed to be open and transparent and to update shareholders, they sure failed on that along with the solar park, the hotel, and who knows what else.

Of course, I seem to remember they were working on a NASDAQ uplisting for 2012! LOL!
