This is (always has been) a scam until Chief Technical Officer Haavig is quoted from...in regards to the USB "upgrade" (lamooooo) and the case "upgrade" (lmaooooo) that qualifies the old hunk of junk as a "new" hunk of junk...

USB (Universal Serial Bus[1]) is an industry standard developed in the mid-1990s that defines the cables, connectors and protocols used for connection, communication and power supply between computers and electronic devices.

Up to 2008, about 2 billion USB devices were sold each year, and approximately 6 billion devices were sold in total.

Seriously. They just got around to upgrading to the USB "port"? I'm under the impression that the CTO (Haavig) is now also gone (probably long gone) along with what was once the main force behind the company, COO Ricardi.

The rumor from yesterday, even if reality, should be cause for the share price to be devastated.

(1) The meeting has been postponed again, this time for a considerable period of time while the SEC is notified to investigate the proxygate
(2) The certs have missed their 2nd or 3rd deadline (by years) and are now WAY out to be tested to "manufacturer's specs" translated to meaningless in the real world
(3) The "new" MIT 1000 has a "new" (lol) USB "port" and a new case (the reason they never shipped an "old" MIT 1000 to Cargill?)
(4) MMTC CEO Brennan painted himself into a corner, found that no one was coming to the meeting, main objective, CREATED A CRISIS situation and then was welcomed to a hero's return as he houdinied his way out of the painted corner, that he painted himself into, while leaving easily trackable, crooked footprints out through the underground sewer exit. We know it was him as the dark brown sewer inhabitants fled the walking bacteria glow, lol...

Then again, perhaps the pawn was "set up" so no one would show up to the "real meeting" on Monday while pork belly denies ever having made any such phone call or taken any such phone call.

That, too, sounds likely.
