I feel your pain, I finally bit the bullet awhile back when it was obvious that Ken wasn't bothered by shareholder concerns and was continuing to unload into the O/S. With KATX looking to raise another $800k and possible financing through Form Ds, imo it's a pretty safe bet that you'll see a much lower PPS if you're looking to buy back in.
