Both of you are talking about buying and selling within Scottrade's brokerage accounts, which they allow. . . as has been posted many time before. Most all on like Brokerage companies allow this sort of OTC buy and sells.
Scottrade and virtually all other companies WILL NOT take the paper certificates from in those individuals who received them as a result of the GPGI/BORK "merger" and transfer the shares into their Scottrade account.
