Despite the encouraging news yesterday and the PPS moving up, several trades contined to go off at the bid.

How are we paying for the Thailand engineering co acquisition? With shares, that will cause dilution?

There are at least two stories going on here: seemingly encouraging PRs, but no jackpot contract; someone methodically liquidating and keeping a lid on the pps.

I haven't seen any recent 144s, but then again, Heritage Ventures managed to liquidate millions of shares.
