Yup...all "t" trades get lost in the shuffle...for those that do not have a level 2 or who do not go back and see what happens with a stock after hours.
What does not get lost is if it was the company selling shares thru the matured CD or thru straight dilution...if it was them then the OS goes higher... if it was a strandard sell by retail or by any holder who has free trading shares...then the OS will remain the same.... and we wont know that until the next Q is released.
