Don't know why? If WDCO is holding that many shares you would think he/she would communicate with EGCT management. Maybe WDCO has spoken with management & doesn't like the answers...I dunno. EGCT doesn't act like a stock that's being shorted. Not enough shares being moved....IMHO.
Hopefully, we get some news regarding a possible acquisition or acquisitions soon. We need rental cars!
