If losing money on a stock means the company is liable, then the three above should have all been sued to death by millions.

~!~ Couple of things... all the companies in the comparison are real, verifiable companies known the world over, AND none of them have had wells notices and have active lawsuits by shareholders at this time.
JBII is a unknown and has wells notice plus active lawsuits about fraudulent activities... not parking tickets..
