"We previously announced that the Hong Kong Joint Venture was being positioned for a possible initial public offering (IPO) and is proceeding with the application process for an IPO and listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Main Board. The Hong Kong Joint Venture recently determined it would wait until the completion of the audit with respect to its current fiscal year, ending March 31, 2005, in order to pursue a listing. No assurances can be given that these steps will result in an initial public offering for the Hong Kong Joint Venture. We will report further developments at such time as permitted in accordance with Hong Kong and U.S. regulations."

These days thinly traded stock makes big moves. Today's UUU reminded me of IPII when it started exploding at 10. I just wish the closing is stronger.
