Well, then what was the point of even mentioning it in the PR, unless the point was to string investors along. IMO, that was the true intent of mentioning it. IMO, Troy is a very intelligent conniving individual who is probably 3 steps ahead of most of us.
I suspect he knew 6 months ago they were going to do this reverse. It was inevitable.
