I think the stop sign should be off soon. That is one of the items Green mentioned on his "to do" list. And, everything he that was on his list... financials, share buy back, stop sign ...is happening. The next thing is another share buy back (Or continuation). Then continuation of financials, eventually get them audited and further on down the line either sell or move up to a better exchange.
