My opinion was formed by many Phone call interactions with the MBA himself.

So what was discussed? What questions did that pinhead Spencer not answer to your satisfaction? Did he give you answers that you did not want to hear? What were they? Did his reasoned and educated reponses just piss you off? Or were they stupid and ill informed?

Or is he just a pinhead in your opinion?
