It's a scam when news comes out,and the price drops.These kind of people are protected by our crappy sec laws.They have no intention of getting the SP up,and they don't care about anybody but what they can take from their shareholders.Let's face it we will just have to take the loss and run.If I had known of what he did ten years ago I would not even gave this a second look.A crook,is a crook,and they never change.And it appears he is a crook.
